Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in what you pay for. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund for credits purchased from Video Translate AI.
Try before you buy. Every account gets a free trial quota (a few minutes per day) so you can test translation quality on your own videos before spending any money.
1. Eligible Refund Scenarios
You can request a full or partial refund if any of the following apply:
- Technical failure on our side — a translation job failed to produce output and credits were still deducted, and the issue was not resolved within 48 hours of your report.
- Duplicate charge — you were billed twice for the same credit purchase.
- Unauthorized transaction — a purchase was made from your account without your authorization and you notify us within 7 days.
- 14-day cooling-off (EU/UK only) — EU and UK consumers may cancel any credit purchase within 14 days of the order, provided the credits have not yet been used. Once you start consuming credits for translation, you are deemed to have requested immediate performance and waive the cooling-off right for the used portion.
2. Non-refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Credits that have already been consumed by successful translation jobs (the service was delivered).
- Dissatisfaction with translation quality when the job completed successfully — AI translation is inherently imperfect and you accepted this risk by purchasing (see our Terms of Service, Section 7).
- Change of mind after credits have been partially used (only the unused portion is potentially refundable under the 14-day cooling-off rule, where applicable).
- Account suspension due to a material breach of our Terms of Service.
- Purchases older than 30 days, unless you fall under the EU/UK cooling-off rule above.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email limit0422@gmail.com with:
- The email address associated with your Video Translate AI account.
- Your order ID (shown in the purchase confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy or ZPay).
- The amount to refund and the reason.
- If relevant: job ID, screenshots, error messages.
We will reply within 3 business days and, if approved, process the refund within 5–10 business days.
4. Refund Method
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
- Payments made via Lemon Squeezy (international cards, PayPal) are refunded through Lemon Squeezy; funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
- Payments made via ZPay (Alipay / WeChat Pay) are refunded through ZPay; funds typically appear in your Alipay/WeChat wallet within 3–7 business days.
- Bank holding periods are outside our control and do not extend the refund window.
5. Credit Reversal
When we issue a refund, the corresponding credits are removed from your account balance at the same exchange rate they were bought. If your current balance is lower than the refund amount in credits, the refund will be prorated.
6. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, your account may be suspended while the chargeback is investigated. We strongly prefer to resolve issues directly — we will almost always refund a legitimate complaint when asked in good faith.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website at least 14 days before they take effect, and will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the change.

我们希望您对每一笔付费都放心。本退款政策说明在哪些情况下、如何申请 Video Translate AI 额度购买的退款。
先试用,再付费。每个账户都有免费试用额度(每天几分钟),您可以先用自己的视频测试翻译质量,再决定是否付费。
1. 可以申请退款的情形
符合以下任一情况,您可以申请全额或部分退款:
- 我方技术故障——翻译任务失败未产出结果但额度仍被扣除,且问题在您反馈后 48 小时内仍未解决。
- 重复扣费——同一笔购买被扣款两次。
- 未授权交易——您的账户在未经授权的情况下发生购买,且您在 7 天内通知我们。
- 14 天无理由退款(仅限欧盟/英国)——欧盟和英国消费者可在下单后 14 天内取消购买,前提是所购额度尚未被使用。开始消耗额度即视为您已同意立即履行服务,已使用部分不再享有无理由退款权。
- 中国大陆消费者权益——本政策不排除您依中国《消费者权益保护法》等法律法规享有的法定权利。
2. 不支持退款的情形
以下情况不予退款:
- 已被成功翻译任务消耗完毕的额度(服务已交付)。
- 任务成功完成但您对翻译质量不满意——AI 翻译本身存在不完美,您在购买时已接受此风险(详见服务条款第 7 条)。
- 部分使用后反悔(仅未使用的部分在适用 14 天无理由规则时有机会退款)。
- 因严重违反服务条款被停用的账户。
- 超过 30 天的订单(欧盟/英国 14 天规则适用情形除外)。
3. 如何申请退款
请发邮件到 limit0422@gmail.com,并提供:
- 您 Video Translate AI 账户的注册邮箱。
- 订单号(在 Lemon Squeezy 或 ZPay 发给您的购买确认邮件中可以找到)。
- 申请退款的金额与原因。
- 如涉及故障,请附上任务 ID、截图、错误信息。
我们会在 3 个工作日内回复;审核通过后,会在 5–10 个工作日内处理退款。
4. 退款方式
- 退款原路返回原支付方式,无法退至其他卡或账户。
- 通过 Lemon Squeezy(海外卡、PayPal)付款的,由 Lemon Squeezy 退回,通常 5–10 个工作日内到账。
- 通过 ZPay(支付宝 / 微信支付)付款的,由 ZPay 退回,通常 3–7 个工作日内到支付宝/微信钱包。
- 银行或支付机构的清算周期不在我们控制范围内,不延长上述退款时限。
5. 额度冲销
退款成功后,对应的额度会按购买时的兑换比例从您的账户余额中扣除。若当前余额不足以冲销全部退款对应的额度,则按比例退款。
6. 关于拒付(Chargeback)
若您未事先联系我们就直接向银行或发卡机构发起拒付,您的账户可能会在调查期间被暂时停用。我们强烈建议优先通过客服解决——只要是合理、善意的投诉,我们几乎总会同意退款。
7. 政策变更
我们可能会不时更新本退款政策。重大变更会在网站提前至少 14 天公告,且不溯及变更前已发生的购买。
